Agentic Commerce

Your store, readable and buyable by the AI agents that shop for your customers.

We make your store, marketplace or B2B portal readable and buyable by the AI agents that shop for people: a clean, structured catalogue, an MCP server over products, cart and orders, checkout through the open agent protocols, and limits that keep a person in charge.

Open to agents, under your control

Each piece is wired into the catalogue, cart, order and payment systems you already run, and every change is tested against real agent requests before it goes live.

A catalogue agents can read

An agent's request comes back as structured answers: the product, stock in the right size, a delivery promise and how to pay.

  • Store agentYes to both. The total is over your mandate's limit, so your shopper must approve it.
  • Shopper's agentMedium, please. Can it arrive by Friday, and go back if it doesn't fit?
  • Store agentThe hooded shell jacket is fully seam-taped and in stock in medium.

Agent to agent

Your store's agent answers a shopper's agent from your catalogue, policies and orders, and asks for a person when the rules say so.

Agent order, hooded shell jacket

Placed by a verified agent. Above the auto-approve limit; the shopper's signed mandate covers it.

A person approves what matters

Agent orders above your auto-approve limit wait for a person on your team, with the mandate and the basket in view.

Every change tested first

Catalogue, MCP and checkout changes are run against recorded agent requests before agents see them, and the last good release is one step back.

What we engineer for agentic commerce

Agentic commerce development, piece by piece. Each part connects to your catalogue, inventory, orders and payments, and each one is tested against real agent traffic before it goes live.

  • A catalogue agents can read

Clean, structured product data: consistent titles, attributes, variants, stock, prices, delivery and returns, published in schema and feeds that agents parse without guessing. It is also the work that pays off in search, ads and marketplaces.

  • An MCP server for your store

An MCP server over products, cart and orders, so an assistant can search, build a basket and check an order through tools you define. Shopify's Storefront MCP shows the pattern; we build the same for any ecommerce stack.

  • UCP integration

Google's Universal Commerce Protocol, announced in January 2026, describes what a store offers in a published manifest, with REST, MCP and agent-to-agent bindings. We map your catalogue, checkout and order status to it and keep it current.

  • AI agent checkout

The Agentic Commerce Protocol from OpenAI and Stripe, published in September 2025, lets an assistant check out with a payment token scoped to your store and that basket. We wire it into your cart, tax, stock and order systems.

  • Signed mandates with AP2

Google's Agent Payments Protocol, from September 2025, records what the shopper asked for, the cart and the payment as signed mandates. We check them at checkout, so every agent order shows who authorised what.

  • Agent verification and network tokens

Telling a trusted shopping agent from a scraper: Visa's Trusted Agent Protocol, built with Cloudflare's Web Bot Auth, signs agent requests, and Mastercard Agent Pay links payment to known agents through agentic tokens. We check both at your edge.

  • UPI agentic payments

In October 2025 NPCI, Razorpay and OpenAI announced a pilot of UPI payments made through an AI assistant. We prepare your checkout and order flows for agent-initiated UPI payments, with the shopper's consent and limits in view.

  • Attribution for AI channels

Visits and orders that arrive through AI assistants, tagged and measured as their own channel from referral to checkout, so you can see what agents buy, where they drop out and which products they pick.

  • Rules, limits and approvals

The rules that decide what an agent may do in your store: what it can see, buy and return, how much it can spend, and the points where a person must approve. Every agent action is logged for your team.

Agentic commerce readiness

Start with what pays off either way

The standards are still settling. Google, OpenAI, Stripe, Visa and Mastercard each publish their own pieces, and many agentic projects stall before they reach production. Betting a roadmap on one protocol is a risk.

So we start with the work that pays off whatever wins: a clean, structured catalogue and an interface agents can read. The same data serves your own search and the storefront your shoppers use, and the protocol layers follow when your channels support them.

AI for E-commerce

From readiness to agent checkout

Most stores start with the catalogue and one agent-facing interface. We build it inside your stack, prove it on real agent traffic and hand it to your team.

  1. 01

    Scope

A readiness review of your catalogue, feeds, checkout and payment providers, to choose the first agent-facing piece and agree how it will be judged.

  2. 02

    Build

Engineers work in your repositories and your cloud, wiring the catalogue, MCP server and protocol endpoints into the cart, order and payment systems you already run.

  3. 03

    Prove

We replay recorded agent requests before launch, then open to a share of agent traffic and watch orders, errors and approvals, with a rollback ready.

  4. 04

    Hand over

Runbooks, dashboards and a trained team. You own the code, the agent rules and the test set; we can stay on to run it if you want.

Frequently asked questions

What is agentic commerce?

Shopping done by AI agents on a person's behalf: they search, compare and check out inside assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot. Agentic commerce development makes your store readable and buyable by those agents, within rules you set.

Which protocol should we support first, UCP or ACP?

Often both, behind one layer. Google's Universal Commerce Protocol and the Agentic Commerce Protocol from OpenAI and Stripe cover similar ground, and the standards are still settling. We build one checkout service and map it to each protocol, so a new one does not mean a rebuild.

Do we have to change platforms?

No. We work with Shopify, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, WooCommerce or a custom stack, through their APIs and in your own cloud. Where a platform already offers agent features, such as Shopify's Agentic Storefronts, we build on them.

How do we stop an agent from buying the wrong thing?

With limits and checks at each step. The agent sees only what you publish, signed mandates show what the shopper authorised, orders above your limits wait for a person, and every action is logged. We test those rules against recorded agent requests before launch.

Is it worth doing while the standards settle?

Yes, if you start with what pays off either way. Gartner expects many agentic AI projects to be cancelled by the end of 2027, mostly over cost and unclear value. A clean catalogue and an agent-readable interface are useful whatever happens; the protocol layers follow when your channels support them.

Can you support UPI payments made by AI agents?

We can prepare for them. NPCI announced a pilot of UPI payments through an AI assistant with Razorpay and OpenAI in October 2025. We get your checkout, consent and order flows ready, and connect them when your payment provider offers agent payments to you.
