This site collects very little. It has one form, sets no cookies of its own, and shows no advertising. This page says exactly what is collected, why, where it goes and how long it is kept.

Who we are
This website is published by Supremacy Technologies, trading as Solonomous. When this page says “we”, it means that company. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
If you have a question about your data, use the contact form on this site and mark the message as a privacy question. It goes to the people who run the site, and one of them will reply.
What we collect
The enquiry form asks for your name, your work email address, your company, an optional phone number, the budget you have in mind and your message, and the topic you choose. It also records the address and title of the page you sent it from. If you built a configuration on the pricing page, the modules, seat count and billing period you chose are attached to the enquiry so we can quote against them.
Like every web server, ours records requests as they arrive: the address the request came from, the page requested, the time, and the browser's description of itself. This log is used to keep the site running and to find faults, and for nothing else.
We do not ask for, and you should not send, anything you would not want in an email: no passwords, no card numbers, no medical or financial records.
Why
What you put in the form is used to reply to you and, if you ask for one, to prepare a quote. The page address and title tell us what you were reading when you wrote, so the reply makes sense. The budget lets us say early whether the work fits.
We do not use the form to build marketing lists, and we do not add you to a newsletter. If we write to you after replying to your enquiry, it is about that enquiry.
Where it goes
When you send the form, the site emails its contents to our mailbox. The email is sent through our email provider's mail servers and lands in a mailbox we run. The site itself does not keep a copy in a database of its own.
The site is hosted by a hosting provider, whose servers hold the request log described above. Our email provider and our hosting provider process this data on our behalf and under their own terms.
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not pass it to anyone except the providers named above and, if the law requires it, the authorities.
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
Two things are kept in your own browser, and never sent to us: the selection you make on the pricing configurator, kept in session storage so the pricing and contact pages show the same choice and cleared when you close the tab; and a display preference, kept in local storage so the site looks the same on your next visit. Both can be cleared through your browser at any time.

Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Because the site keeps nothing but the email your enquiry produced, these requests are usually answered by finding and deleting that email, and we will tell you when it is done.
To make a request, use the contact form and mark the message as a privacy request. We will reply from the mailbox that received it. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data-protection authority in your country.
Changes
If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date under the heading is updated. The page describes what the site does today; it is not a promise about a version of the site that does not yet exist.
