Company · About
We build the AI that runs a company, and we run ours on the same systems. What we sell is what we use: the models, the agents, the automation and the ledger underneath them.

Solonomous exists to take work off a company's hands: the reading, routing, reconciling and reporting that people do by hand today, run by systems that read the record and write back to it.
The company
Most companies run on a stack of systems that do not talk to each other and a layer of people who carry information between them. A deal is retyped into an order, an order into an invoice, an invoice into a spreadsheet. The work is real; the repetition is not.
Solonomous builds the layer that does the carrying. We train models on a company's own data, put agents in front of its systems with the permissions of the person they work for, automate the office and the floor, and where a company needs the systems themselves, we supply them: SoloOne keeps the whole company on one ledger.
We run our own company on the same stack. Our pipeline, our books, our payroll and our projects live in SoloOne, and the agents we ship to customers run our own operations first. When something does not hold up, we are the first to know.
What we do
Services that take work off your hands, a product that keeps the company on one record, and industry practices that know where the work is.
Sixteen ways we take work off a company's hands, from model training to autonomous operations.
ERP, CRM, HRMS, payroll, invoicing, inventory, projects and analytics on a single ledger.
Eight industries where we know the workflows, the systems and the paperwork between them.
How it runs
Every engagement, whatever its size, runs the same way. The long version is on the How we work page.
We sit with the people who do the work and write down what happens today, system by system, hand-off by hand-off.
We build the models, agents and integrations that do the carrying, and test them against your real records before anything goes live.
Code, weights, prompts, evaluations and runbooks are handed over whole, with the training your team needs to own them.
We watch what we built, with a person on call for the exceptions, for as long as you want us to.

Questions
Both, on purpose. The services take work off a company's hands; SoloOne is the ledger that work runs on. A customer can take either on its own. Most take a service first and adopt the suite where their existing systems are the thing holding them back.
Yes. Our pipeline, invoicing, payroll, projects and reporting run on it, and the agents we ship run our own operations first. The pages on this site describe what the modules do; the modules are the ones we use.
We do not build consumer products, we do not sell data, and we do not train on one customer's data for the benefit of another. We say no to work that cannot be evaluated: if there is no way to tell whether the system is right, we will not put it in front of your customers.
Small enough to prove something. A first engagement is usually one workflow, mapped and automated end to end, with a clear way to measure it. It grows from there if the result is worth it.
An engineer. The enquiry form goes to the people who will scope and build the work, and the reply comes from one of them.

We map the workflow with you and say plainly what can run on its own, what should not, and what it takes.
