Calls understood and answered, in the languages your customers speak.

Recognition tuned to the accents and code-switching of your callers, voice agents that answer on the telephone line within a latency budget, and a hand-off to a person that carries the conversation with it.

For contact centres, clinics, field-service desks, collections teams and any business where the telephone is still the channel customers reach for first.

01Overview

Understanding

Real calls are noisy, multilingual and interrupted. We tune recognition to your callers and your vocabulary, separate speakers, and build voice agents that answer on the line you already have, within a latency budget set for every turn.

Understanding

Hear the caller, not a clean-room recording.

Real calls are noisy, multilingual and interrupted. We tune recognition to your callers and your vocabulary, separate speakers, and build voice agents that answer on the line you already have, within a latency budget set for every turn.

  1. 01

Recognition in Indian and other languages

Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali and English, and the code-switching between them in one sentence. Recognition is adapted to your callers' accents and your product vocabulary, with a word list for names and part numbers it must not mishear.

  2. 02

    Who said what, and when

Speakers are separated and timestamped so a transcript reads as a conversation, not a block of text. Agent and caller turns are labelled, and overlapping speech is handled rather than merged.

  3. 03

Voice agents on the telephone line

Agents that answer inbound calls and place outbound ones through your existing telephony or a SIP trunk we provide, with the same tools and knowledge as your text assistants. Bookings, status checks, reminders and collections calls are typical first tasks.

  4. 04

A latency budget for every turn

A voice agent that pauses for three seconds sounds broken. Every turn has a budget across recognition, reasoning and synthesis, and the design chooses smaller models and streaming wherever the budget demands it.

Calls

Every call handled properly, every call accounted for.

The difference between a voice agent people tolerate and one they use is in the details: being interrupted gracefully, handing over without repeating the story, and being scored on every call rather than the ones someone happened to listen to.

  1. 05

    Barge-in handled properly

Callers interrupt. The agent stops speaking when it is spoken over, listens, and does not repeat the sentence it was in the middle of. Background noise and a cough are told apart from an interruption.

  2. 06

Hand-off to a person, with context

When the agent reaches the edge of what it should do, the call goes to a person with the transcript, the caller's record and the reason for the transfer already on screen. The caller does not start again.

  3. 07

    Every call scored, not sampled

Each call is transcribed, summarised and scored against your quality criteria, whether a person or an agent handled it. Supervisors review the ones that scored badly rather than the ones they had time for.

  4. 08

    Consent, recording and retention rules

Recording announcements, consent capture, retention periods and deletion are configured per line and per region and enforced by the system, with the audio held in your storage and nowhere else.

How it runs

From first call to running unattended

Every engagement runs the same five steps, whatever the service.

  1. 01

    Map the process

We sit with the people who do the work today and write down every step, exception and hand-off before anything is built.

  2. 02

    Build against a golden set

A held-out set of real cases, agreed with you, is the bar each build has to clear before it goes anywhere near production.

  3. 03

    Run beside the team

The system runs in parallel with the team for as long as it takes, and every disagreement between them is reviewed together.

  4. 04

    Hand over the keys

The code, the prompts, the evaluation set and the runbooks are handed over in your accounts, under your keys.

  5. 05

    Keep it running

We watch the runs, retrain and repair as the inputs drift, or train your own team to do the same.

Outcomes

What this looks like when it lands.

  • 01

Routine calls answered without a queue

Bookings, status checks and reminders handled by a voice agent at any hour, with the unusual ones passed to a person with context.

  • 02

A transcript and a score for every call

Quality review moves from a sample to the whole, and the calls that need attention surface themselves.

  • 03

Callers served in their own language

Recognition and synthesis in the languages your customers actually use, switching within a call when they do.

Questions we are asked about speech and voice

Asked before signing.

Which languages are supported?

Major Indian languages and English as standard, adapted to your callers' accents and vocabulary. Other languages are assessed case by case against your call recordings.

Does it work with our phone system?

Yes. We connect to your existing telephony or a SIP trunk, and to the CRM or ERP behind it, so a voice agent sees the same record a person would.

How natural does it sound?

We choose the synthesis voice with you and tune it for the language and the tone of your line. The larger factor is latency, which we budget per turn so responses come back promptly.

Where is the audio stored?

In your storage, in your region, for the retention period you set. Consent and recording announcements are configured per line and enforced by the system.

Can an agent transfer a call?

Yes. It transfers to a person or a queue with the transcript, the record and the reason for the transfer attached, so the caller does not repeat themselves.

Start

Send us a few of your call recordings and we will show you what an agent hears.
