SoloOne · Suite 2026

One platform to run an entire organization.

The operating system for companies that make, move, sell and pay. Finance, CRM, HR, payroll and inventory on a single ledger — with agents that do the work.

Why

Business software was built one department at a time. So every company runs on twelve systems that disagree with each other, and a spreadsheet that holds them together. Solonomous starts from the other end: a single ledger of everything the company does, and modules that are views on it.

The suite

Eight modules. One ledger.

Every module reads and writes the same record. Turn on what you need; nothing needs re-entering.

  • 01ledger

    ERP Core

The double-entry record every other module is a view on.

    • Event-sourced ledger
    • Multi-entity, multi-currency
    • Period close in hours
  • 02revenue

    CRM

Pipeline that turns into orders, invoices and cash without a handoff.

    • Pipeline and forecasting
    • Quotes that become orders
    • Account health from the ledger
  • 03people

    HRMS

One employee record from offer letter to exit.

    • Onboarding and documents
    • Attendance and leave
    • Reviews and org charts
  • 04people

    Payroll

Statutory-correct payroll that posts itself to the books.

    • Country-aware tax rules
    • Payslips and filings
    • Journals posted automatically
  • 05money

    Invoicing & Finance

Receivables, payables and bank feeds reconciled by the system.

    • E-invoicing and reminders
    • Bank matching
    • Cash forecast
  • 06operations

    Inventory & Manufacturing

Live stock across every location, and the work orders that consume it.

    • Multi-location stock
    • BOMs and work orders
    • Landed cost and WIP
  • 07delivery

    Projects

Plan the work, bill the work, see the margin — in one place.

    • Tasks and sprints
    • Time to invoice
    • Project P&L
  • 08insight

    Analytics

Every number on every screen traces back to a ledger line.

    • Live dashboards
    • Ask in plain language
    • Drill to the source entry
How it works

One event. Five modules answer.

Nothing is re-entered. A single signed quote moves through the company as one record.

  1. 01CRM

    A quote is signed.

The deal closes in CRM. That is the only thing a human types today.

  2. 02ERP Core

    The order is approved.

Approval rules route the order to the right person, and the approved order is posted to the ledger every module reads.

  3. 03Inventory

    Stock is reserved.

The order reserves stock at the nearest location and raises a work order for what is short.

  4. 04Projects

    Delivery is planned.

A delivery project opens with its tasks and milestones, costed against the same order.

  5. 05HRMS

    The team is assigned.

People are assigned from the roster by availability and skill, and their time books to the project.

  6. 06Finance

    Revenue is recognised.

The invoice is issued, the journal is posted, and the bank feed will match the payment when it lands.

  7. 07Payroll

    Commission is earned.

The rep's commission accrues against the same ledger line and pays out in the next run.

  8. 08Analytics

    The board sees it.

Margin, cash and forecast update on the dashboard. Click any number to reach the signed quote.

Agents

Software that does the work, not just the record of it.

Agents run on the ledger with the same permissions as the person who asked. Every action is a posted, reversible entry.

  1. 01CloseRuns the month-end sequence and stops where a person must decide.
  2. 02CollectChases receivables in your tone and books the cash when it arrives.
  3. 03ReplenishWatches stock cover and drafts purchase orders before you run out.
